I understand and agree that if I do not receive my statement by the 10th calendar day of the month, I will contact Business Aruba and notify them of this, so that a printed statement can be sent to me instead.
By signing below, I certify that I have read, understand, and accept all of the above terms, and that I have read, understand and accept all of the terms of the "Business Aruba Internet User Service Agreement", and that I request that my account statement for Internet service from the Business Aruba Corporation be sent to me via electronic mail only, until I notify Business Aruba otherwise.
